When you enter bFit Studio, you'll be greeted by a friendly face ready to motivate you, challenge you, and most of all, make sure you have fun in class!!

| Lori Elias, co-owner of bFit Studio, has always had a passion for fitness, especially group fitness. When the opportunity arose to open bFit, she couldn’t be more excited to see her dream become reality. She takes pride in the fact that bFit offers a personal touch to it's group fitness classes, with instructors accommodating every fitness level. Lori says "it is our goal to help our members reach their goal." Lori’s favorite form of exercise is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), because this form of exercise gets people the results they're looking for, and it shows through every class she teaches. Lori is also a CPT through the NSCA and NPTI, and certified in Indo-Row, Kangoo Power/Dance, Kangoo Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp, and Youth Fitness. When not at bFit, Lori spends time with her three LARGE dogs, Macie, Lily and Molly, gardening and photography.

| Rory Lazear, co-owner of bFit Studio, wanted to see her passion for helping others become healthy and achieve their fitness goals come to life at bFit. After graduating from college with a degree in nutrition, Rory started teaching classes such as spinning, TRX and kid’s classes. Since then, she attained her certifications as a CPT through NASM, a Children’s Fitness Specialist, an IndoRow Instruct or, a Kangoo Instructor, a TRX Specialist and a willPower and Grace® (Phase II) Instructor. Rory is also certified in group fitness by AFAA. Through her healthy lifestyle and enthusiasm for fitness, Rory was named a lululemon ambassador for the Pittsburgh area! Rory’s favorite part of bFit is the camaraderie between instructors and members, making every class fun! When not at bFit, Rory enjoys spending time with her family.

| Lynda Brletic, a former interior designer, left her design business to follow her passion to be a fitness instructor. While taking group classes as a member, she felt the instructors weren’t “connecting” with the participants or motivating them to reach their personal best, so she decided to start teaching her own classes! Lynda prides herself on encouraging students to reach their fitness goals, feel better about themselves (both physically and mentally) and she enjoys seeing students accomplish what they never dreamed they could do. At bFit, Lynda teaches Cardio Kickboxing, BOSU Power, Balance and Toning and Cardio Blast. She loves bFit for the high quality instructors that help members to reach their fitness goals. When not at bFit, Lynda enjoys running her St. Bernard, Lucy, through the woods and playing board games with her family.

| Kathi Abati grew up in a family of athletes. As a teenager, she started teaching her own classes, from step to strength training and Silver Sneakers. Throughout her years as an instructor, her preferred class to teach has always been Buns of Steel! Kathi teaches a “kick-butt” Glute Camp class at bFit as well as Step Interval and she won’t let you leave without breaking a sweat! She loves coming to bFit because of the motivated members. After class, Kathi likes to spend time with her family and her poodle!

| Kristy Balfour has attended workout classes since the age of 10, when her mother taught them. While in college, she decided to get her certification and has been teaching for the past 12 years. At bFit, Kristy teaches BOSU Power, Balance and Toning, Cardio Blast and 30/20/10. She loves bFit because of the dedicated and hardworking members and the variety of classes that are unique to the Pittsburgh area. When not at bFit, Kristy enjoys running, hip-hop dancing, traveling, cooking and playing at the park with her two dogs.

| Shannon Lugalia discovered her love for teaching while working at the YMCA. While there, the fitness director asked her if she would be interested in teaching a few classes. After going through training, Shannon liked the fact that as an instructor, she was not only getting a great work out, but she was having fun doing it! At bFit, Shannon teaches 30/20/10 and Cardio Blast and loves bFit for the innovative classes they offer. When not at bFit, she likes to travel, shop and watch movies. Shannon received her BS in sports medicine, her MS in exercise physiology and is a Certified Health Educator Specialist (CHES) and certified in Zumba.

| Amanda Joseph’s favorite way to burn calories is dancing…which ultimately led her to work with others to achieve a healthy lifestyle, too! After teaching Zumba for the first time, Amanda loved the feeling of instructing her very own fitness class. At bFit, Amanda bounces around teaching Kangoo and enjoys the camaraderie of the class. When not at bFit, Amanda likes to read, cook and do anything outdoors!
