Tabata Workout - Ready to burn CRAZY calories in 30 minutes? A Tabata workout is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause” If you only have a short window to get your workout in.... this is the class!
girlPower - willPower for girlPower is a 6-session program which teaches girls a balanced approach to getting fit, enabling them to "Work Smarter, Not Harder". Our fundamental mission is to educate, inspire and MOVE young women, teaching them to get fit, train efficiently and develop positive philosophies it will be $55 for a 6 week session and they can purchase that in MIndbody
bFit Community Days are on at bFit Studio! Every first Sunday of the month, bFit will host a FREE community day at 9:30a.m. that is open to the public (no membership required). Classes will vary to let the community know what we have to offer! We can only make these events successful with YOUR help! bFit Glute Camp (Using gliders & versa bands)- Slide and lift your way to a brand new body!! This workout combines Gliding and resistance training, to give you the ultimate total body workout, with an emphasis on the lower body. BOSU Power, Balance & Toning – In this action packed class, you will use a BOSU balance trainer to perform cardio blasts that will increase your strength and balance. Cardio Blast - This class is a high intensity stepping, toning, jumping, kicking, punching class!! This class will work your entire body and whip you into shape in a short amount of time!! This class has one thing in mind; burn mad calories in 60 minutes!! Get ready to bFit Forever!! Exercises can be modified to suit all fitness levels.
Indo-Row - As seen on this season of The Biggest Loser, Indo-row is considered "The Perfect Calorie Burn!!"... Indo-Row is a one-of-a-kind indoor rowing workout that will truly change the way you think about group exercise. In this 45 minute workout, you will be working in teams, partners and as one crew. Indo-Row provides a transforming total body workout that challenges the body and focuses the mind. All fitness levels welcome. bFit is the only exercise facility in Pittsburgh to offer Indo-Row!! Kick Butt Cardio Kickboxing – Jabs, hooks, uppercuts, and side-kicks, are just some of the boxing moves that you will learn in this heart pumping, stress relieving, kick butt class!! In this full body workout, you will be taken through a series of punching and kicking combinations that will leave you breathless!! Step Interval - This class is a throw back!!.....If your love is a good old step class with some toning intervals, then this class is for you!! Go through easy to learn step choreography moves with toning intervals added to the mix!! It'll bring back some good memories!!
TRX Boot Camp - During this class, you will move from one exercise to the next quickly, in order to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness. The format will change weekly as to avoid plateaus. One week the focus may be more strength related and the next week may be more cardiovascular. You will be surprised each class and your body will too! This can be a very challenging class, but the moves can be modified to suit your needs. Intermediate to advanced fitness levels recommended. (60 Minute Class)
30/20/10 - This class is the PERFECT exercise combination!! In this 60 minute full body workout, you get 30 minutes of Cardio; 20 minutes of Toning; and 10 minutes of Core work!! All fitness levels welcome!! (60 Minute Class)
